Above is the first look at a new custom invitation created at the end of last year for clients Michelle and Steve. These two are getting married at a lovely rustic venue and wanted a simple, understated invitation which they could print and assemble themselves, a service which is available with many of our designs.

I've been dying to share this post, but couldn't as the dear recipient of this gift reads here and I didn't want to spoil the surprise!
A lovely customised Bridal Dress Hanger, was my very first Etsy purchase...I know, I'm a late bloomer when it comes to Etsy, but trust me, I've had to restrain myself since.
lilafrances' shop is LOVELY, tres reasonable and an amazing thoughtful gift for friends getting married.

I have to admit I freaked out a bit when I saw this originally on Nina's blog as I've thought about creating this style of desk for close to a year. I guess I'll file it with all those other brilliant ideas that I figure I'll eventually get around to!

It's a cold, wet Monday here in Melbourne and a far cry from last week's unbearable heat. In fact, my feet and the bottom of my pants have only just dried from stomping through the puddles on the way to work.
The thing about having great weekends, filled with such fun, is that come Monday morning, it's oh so hard to peel oneself from the pillow. But peel one must.
